Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services

All subscriptions to S.K. PATEL CONNECT services are non-refundable. This includes the Basic, Standard, and Premium plans. Our services provide digital, real-time poultry rate updates and tools which are delivered instantly after purchase.

2. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle from charging your payment method. However, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following specific cases only:

• Duplicate payments due to a technical error
• Service not activated despite confirmed payment (must be reported within 7 days)
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5 days

4. No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds if the service is used partially or discontinued by the user before the end of the billing cycle.
